Patricia Grutta

Pat is an experienced administrator in medical management for 25 years.  She has held positions of Practice Administrator, Controller, Business Office Manager, Accounting Manager, and Payroll /Personnel Manager.

Pat has extensive knowledge in medical office operations, systems and protocols.  She has been recognized for her leadership & analytical skills; ability to build strong working relationships with physicians, customers, patients and medical office staff.  She earned a master’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an MBA from Seton Hall University.

While working for Valley Health Systems, she was selected by administration for membership on the Total Quality Management Steering Committee and she also held a key membership position on the Women’s Services Special Task Force.

In addition to raising a family while attaining her advanced degrees, she continues to volunteer for Center For Hope & Safety (formerly known as Shelter Our Sisters), Rochelle Park, NJ.
